CPA and Lukas Coaching Trusted Partner Tom Alfieri dropped by to talk about solid tax management. Taxes are about as fun as watching paint dry, but for many of the folks I meet, a lack of understand tax basics is very costly.
Tom explained the differences between deductions and credits, and even shed light on some of the relevant credits available from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
We also discussed the tax issues surrounding settled debts and Roth IRA rollovers.
