Who would’ve thought that you could build deep, profound intimacy with your spouse simply by talking about goals? The secret is that this actually forces talking – something that many couples find difficult to do.

Today we discussed the seven key goal areas for couples to address in November for next year. Everything from financial management objectives to career ambitions, physical health and family relationships. Setting goals together allows us to connect with the dreams, passions, and even fears of our spouse. Doing so cultivates deeper intimacy in a powerful way.
